Shipping & Ordering Policy:
- All in stock items will be shipped from Queen Bling within 2-3 business days. Please note that we do not process orders on the weekends or major holidays.
- We shipped out by US Postal Service.
- If you would like to pick your order at the boutique, please click the pick in boutique option.
- Please do not accept any package that looks to be damaged in transit.
- If you need to return an item, you can exchange the item or receive store credit.
- Items that are eligible for return must be received back at Queen Bling within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- When you returning an item, please use the return item form that was attached to your receipt. Please fill out the form completely and send it back with the returned item.
- All items must be in original and new condition with Queen Bling tags attached to be eligible for store credit or exchange. Any items with any alternations are not eligible for return.
- All sale items and special order items are not returnable. All Sales Final.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable.
