RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Queen Bling!  We hope you love the items you received in your purchase and understand that sometimes items just don't work out.  

- Merchandise may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date. Unfortunately we do not do credit card refunds. 

- Please make sure the items your are returning are in original and new condition with attached Queen Bling tags.  Items must be free of odors and pet hair and not worn to be eligible for exchange or store credit.  Items must also be free of deodorant and makeup stains.  

- When returning shoes, please ship shoes back in original shoebox using a box/polybag/shipping paper so that the original box does not get damaged in the return process.  Sorry but shoes will NOT be accepted for return if the original shoe box is damaged. 

- Original shipping fees are nonrefundable and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned items. 

- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.  Please email orders@queenblingboutique.com for assistance in returning.

- All Sale/Markdown Items will be considered FINAL SALE and we can not accept them for exchange or store credit privileges.
